- We accept checks or money orders (they must clear our bank before the artwork is shipped). Contact us for details.
- We will pay sales tax for Utah residents.
- Most of the art work can be purchased unmatted and/or unframed (if the listed price is for the matted/framed art). Just contact us and we will respond with a new price via either a PayPal Email Invoice or we can change the listed price at the Add To Cart or Buy Now button. Also, if you see something you really like but don't agree with the price, make an offer (we are not running an auction, but we may be able to work something out).
- If you wish to purchase an item, simple click on the "Add to Cart or Buy" button and proceed through the PayPal process. The price at the "Add to Cart or Buy " button generally includes a shipping charge. - We will try to respond with an email or a PayPal email invoice within 48 hours of receiving your initial request for information. We will ship the item the next working day if you use a credit card via the PayPal system (unless the item requires a special shipping container; that is, for a very large painting). We will contact you if there is a delay.

- We ship with UPS, FedEx, and USPS. We will insure packages for their full value or the maximum amount the shipper will allow. We will Email the tracking number to you.
- We only ship to addresses in the United States, as a general rule. If you are not in the United States, contact us and we may be able to make arrangements; please do not make payments until we respond to your query.
- Unless otherwise noted, prices listed within the website include shipping (we include a note regarding shipping in the item description of the price does not include shipping).
- Please inspect packages when they arrive for damage. If a package is damaged, please document/photograph the damage so we can deal with the shipping company. We need to hear from you within a couple of days regarding any damage.
- If you are not satisfied with a painting/photograph, contact us and we will arrange a refund. Please make this decision quickly (certainly within two days of receipt).
- Different computer monitors display colors differently. We try our best to match the actual painting/photograph colors with the on screen colors (at least on our Apple (Mac) monitors).
- If you would like to see higher resolution photographs of specific paintings/photos, contact us, provide an email address, and we will send you a larger/higher resolution file.
- Most of our paintings are sold unmatted/unframed. In some cases, we will list the paintings as sold framed only. If you see a framed painting or photograph, and wish to purchase the unframed art, contact us and we may be able to work something out.
