International acclaimed American Expressionist Bert Seabourn is a painter, print maker, sculptor and teacher, who experiments extensively with creative vitality. Seabourn was a Navy Journalist/Artist during the Korean War, and then worked as an illustrator, graphic design artist and art director for 23 years before becoming a full time painter of fine art in 1978. He is the recipient of several notable honors. In 1976, Seabourn was designated a Master Artist by the Five Civilized Tribes Museum and in 1981, Oklahoma Governor George Nigh awarded him the Governor's Art Award.
